Founded in the heart of the olive lands of Santisteban del Puerto, Jaén, our estate has been home to our family for generations. From the reign of Queen Isabel II to the present day, we have cultivated and harvested the precious olives that give life to our exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
At the heart of our story is Juan Antonio Soto, whose passion for the land and tireless work have been the driving force behind our success. From a young age, he learned the secrets of the field from his father, Vicente, whose legacy continues to inspire us today.
